Jeffrey Michael "Jeff" Becht, age 61, of Floyds Knobs, Indiana

Passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022.

Jeff was born in New Albany, Indiana on November 19, 1960. Jeff was a graduate of Floyd Central High School and was a retired operating engineer from Padgett Crane Inc. where he enjoyed working for many years. He loved traveling on his Harley Davidson, tinkering in his garage, and was a past board member of the Floyd County 4-H. Jeff was preceded in death by his wife of 33 years Ellen Marie Becht and his sister Kathy Stinson. Most of all Jeff was a loving husband, dad, son, brother and uncle.

He is survived by his daughter, Margo Becht, parents, Anthony "Tony" and Margaret Becht, siblings, Nancy Whitaker (Jim), Richard Becht (Kathy), and Kelly Becht along with many nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Jeff will be held Friday, November 4, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring St., New Albany, IN. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 1:00 PM at Saint Mary of the Knobs Catholic Cemetery.
