Rochelle Marie Harbison, 62, of Georgetown, Indiana, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023. Rochelle was a kind and generous woman with a passion for serving others. Through her career and volunteer work, she poured her heart into the families and youth she served. She was a faithful member of Southeast Christian Church and a mentor with the Hope Collaborative. She called her family her circle, and loved them deeply; especially her six grandchildren who she loved to the moon and back.

Rochelle was born on January 12, 1961 in New Albany, Indiana to Irvin and Jane (Scott) Libs.

She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Roger Harbison; daughters, Rachel (Jared) Davila and Randa (Zach) Raymer; grandchildren, Eloise Davila, Rhodes Davila, Florence Davila, Hudson Davila, Dash Raymer, and Oakley Raymer; father, Irvin Libs; mother, Jane Libs; and sisters, Teresa (Steve) Huber and Belinda (Rob) Dones.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at Southeast Christian Church - Indiana Campus. Her Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, at the church. The family requests that contributions in Rochelle’s memory be made to Southeast Christian Church (1309 Charlestown New Albany Rd., Jeffersonville, IN).
